Radar Hill

Radar Hill – #12 in Alberta Discover Guide - 19.5 km from Red Deer

This a 480-acre natural area. To access the site travel east out of Red Deer on Highway 595, and south on Range Road 260 until the very end of the gravel road. This area has an old road pathway through it. This is a heavily treed area that offers a variety of habitat for forest birds, mule and white-tailed deer, moose, porcupine, red and flying squirrels, and waterfowl in the ponded areas. There is plenty to see in this area, be mindful of the adjacent private property.
