Whitebrush (75.0 km)

This 160-acre site, located about 7 km northeast of Bashaw, consists of wetlands and aspen upland habitat. It lies just north of the Perry Conservation Site and supports a variety of wildlife, including white-tailed and mule deer, as well as waterfowl.

Access: From Bashaw, head east on Highway 53 for 6.4 km, then turn north onto Range Road 210 and continue for 1.6 km. Turn east onto Township Road 421 and travel 2 km, then go north onto a road allowance that passes through the Perry Conservation Site (E3-119). Follow this route on foot for about 0.8 km to reach the site’s southern boundary.
