Centennial Park Pond (48.2 km)

Centennial Park's pond is a popular spot for fishing enthusiasts seeking a convenient location in town. It is stocked annually with rainbow trout by the Alberta Conservation Association (ACA), typically before the May long weekend. Recent upgrades include a T-shaped fishing dock, installed in 2023, featuring handrails and an access ramp for improved accessibility. The pond also attracts a variety of waterfowl species, making it a great spot for local birdwatchers.

Access: The pond is located within the town of Ponoka, alongside Highway 2A, in Lions Centennial Park.
