A 40-acre ungrazed lease, dominated by trembling aspen, is located on the northwest corner of this otherwise grazed crown land. The 640-acre property is also bisected by highway 42 on the north and Range Road 254A and permission is required for access. Permission is not required to access the 40 acres.
 
Access: Access to the 40 acres is off Highway 42, south on an undeveloped road (Range Road 254A)
