Beckingsale (30.9 km)

Located about 30 km southeast of Red Deer, this 50-acre property is part of a larger Crown grazing lease. The site features open grasslands, and planted spruce trees on its northern side. A spring-fed lake on the south side supports a population of minnows, encouraging a range of diversity of waterfowl, including pelicans, cormorants, herons, Sora, and Eared Grebes.

Access: Consult the Alberta Discover Guide for access information. Access to the site is restricted and requires permission from the leaseholder.
