B & E Acres LTD (35.0 km)

This 160-acre property, located east of Innisfail, consists mainly of grassland and pasture with scattered wetlands, ranging from open water to marshes. The area is accessible via an oil lease, with the rest requiring travel through tall grass. The wetlands provide important habitat for waterfowl and shorebirds, including species like Blue-winged Teal, Killdeer, and American Avocet. Several bird species are present, including Mallard, Redhead, Lesser Scaup, and others like the American Coot and Wilson’s Phalarope. An old building can also be found on the property.

Access: From Highway 590, go south on Range Road 254 for 1.6 km on an undeveloped road allowance to the northwest corner of the property.
